Bullying culture at 'toxic' NHS Trust could put patients lives at risk

An independent review of the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust has found that a "toxic atmosphere" is likely to have impacted "the patient experience and morbidity".
This comes after the death by suicide of Dr Vaish Kumar, 35, who "clearly mentioned that she was doing this" due to the working environment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
