About company: The Company is engaged in manufacturing of sponge iron, ingots/billets and Ferro alloys. The installed capacity of the units are 1, 20,000 MT per annum.

A recruiter's responsibilities include:
Finding candidates

Screening candidates

Interviewing candidates

Presenting candidates
Recruiters present qualified candidates to hiring managers. They may also help candidates write their CVs.
Negotiating salaries
