INGREDIENTS
-oil for frying
-397g sliced Ma Ling luncheon meat
-beaten eggs for dipping the sliced chunk of Ma Ling (optional)
-about 2Tbsp butter
-frozen mixed carrots and sweetcorn kernels
-4beaten eggs
-600g day old rice
-almost 1/2tsp salt
-mixture of 1Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp oyster sauce
-2Tbsp toasted garlic
-chopped kangkong
