We welcome good friend and fellow Taste Buddy Jeff Fuidge back into our kitchen to give us a masterclass on the ultimate Scotch Egg. Jeff takes his Scotch Eggs very seriously, and also quite literally, by adding Scotland's most iconic ingredient to the recipe...Haggis! And, as if that wasn't spicy enough, there's a few chilli flakes in there too so these are definitely a very grown-up version of the nation's favourite picnic food! Lakis does his best as he attempts to make his first ever Scotch Egg under Jeff's watchful eye (we suspect he had a definite ulterior motive to his technique by the way!!). Practice makes perfect they say, but we'd have run out of precious Haggis if we'd have let him practice anymore! As well as being fun to make, these are the most delicious Scotch Eggs you'll ever eat. Enjoy!
