Now for the patch note : the RC-505 is only looping the guitar and adding some tape delay at end. I was able to create a verse/chorus structure by using 2 different loops (and I had still 3 other loops available!). The Microcosm was processing/rearranging the vocals while the Digitakt was providing the drums (mostly played by Jaded on the ERAE Touch). Finally the Roland JX-08 was playing an arpeggiated line during the outro (I had recorded the chords into the Digitakt MIDI sequencer beforehand).

The RC-505 kinda changed my approach to how I build a setup. It feels more like a center piece than previous looper I played with. Also the sync seems to be more reliable when the RC-505 is the main clock, that's why in this setup I had its clock sent to the Digitakt, the Microcosm and the JX-08. This performance was quite straightforward but the RC-505 looks incredibly powerful. It has some crazy routing option and I can't wait to explore it further (stay tuned for another really cool cover coming soon!).

Most elements were recorded onto separate tracks and I mixed the whole thing inside Logic Pro X. I added some reverb/delay and I mastered the result with Izotope Ozone 9. Also I used Neural DSP's Tone King on my guitars for the first time and I'm stoked about the sounds I got from it!

Anyway I hope there are other AM fans among you guys, aha, this is probably one of the band I listened to the most throughout my life and this songs always felt special to me so I hope Jaded and I were able to do it justice. Love y'all!
