Whenever Mute City is included somewhere, Big Blue is always there to follow, just like White Land I and II. For that reason, I decided to make use of WLII's signature "whispy" hi-hat instrument throughout the song to give it the same sort of feel.
On another note, I had a sorta deep quote that I couldn't fit anywhere, so I'll just put it here: "Even when frozen in ice, the waves of Big Blue's oceans still flow."
