Ingredients:
200g ricotta/cottage cheese
70g butter (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120-140g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 tablespoons sugar
Bake in well preheated oven to 180*C (350F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden/brown.
Baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
