Serves 4-5 servings
Any fish steak- I’m using Swai fish. About 6-8 pieces.
5 Cloves of garlic
1/2 a small white onion.
-2 Green onions (Scallion)
Bundle of dill- Handful
3 pieces of cilantro
Salt and Black pepper to taste
Teaspoon of turmeric powder
3-4 tablespoons of Seafood soy sauce- Lee Kum Kee brand.
3-4 tablespoons of oyster sauce Any brand is fine.
1-2 tablespoons of fish sauce- Any brand is fine.
2 tablespoons of sugar
-2 cups of water
Garnish with chili peppers and fried garlic.
Best served with white steamed rice.
