My dear friends, posting the first day of making this amazing #blackforestcake in plant-based version (#eggless and #nodairy).

Black Cherry Cream
140 gr raw cashew, soaked 4-8 hours
130 gr almond butter
120 ml maple syrup
100 gr coconut butter
80 ml water
80 ml coconut oil extra virgin
80 gr sweet cherries (defrosted)
60 gr fresh coconut meat (or same amount of coconut butter)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
----not mentioned in the video but very recommended:
25 gr cacao butter (melted) - it will give an additional stability for your cake especially in warm climate and in summer time
Chocolate Cream For Frosting
100 gr raw cashew, soaked 4-8 hours
90 ml plant-based milk
50 gr coconut butter
50 gr fresh coconut meat (or same amount of coconut butter)
50 ml maple syrup
40 ml coconut oil extra virgin
25 gr cacao powder
20 gr cacao butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Hidden Cherry Jelly Filling
250 ml tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
30 ml / 2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp agar powder (in the video I put 1 tsp but I say 1 tbsp. Correct amount is 1 teaspoon).
30 gr whole cherries
