There are dogman encounters and there are werewolf encounters, two very different creatures but both have the ability to give you nightmares. These true werewolf sightings are set apart from encounters with dogman because of how aggressive they can become and how they look different from your typical dogman.
1) Werewolf Encounter in Washington- A werewolf seen in Washington stalks the land near the witness's home. Initially the only thing that seems off is the werewolf howling into the night, a noise they can't identify right away. Things become more aggressive when the werewolf starts to attack pets and animals in the area. This entire encounter takes place over the course of a month before the werewolf decides to move on but before it does a man sees the werewolf running across the street and clearly identifies it as something beyond their nightmares
2) A True Rougarou Encounter- A man recounts the story his grandpa used to share with him about when he encountered a werewolf in the bayou of Louisiana, to them the legend of the Rougarou is real, when he is chased by a werewolf through the swamps, he gets back home, only to have the creature stalk his family from outside of their small shack.
3) Werewolf Attack in Canada- A single dad and his twins are attacked by a werewolf one night while they are vacationing at a cabin in Canada. As the werewolf hit the sides of the cabin, throws rock and gets on the roof, they realize there is nowhere safe to go.
4) South American Werewolf- A scientist studying the eco system of South America is chased by a werewolf one evening when he wonders off to far into the forest alone. When he gets back to the village he is staying at, the werewolf follows him.
