I'm getting a lot of DMs asking me how to think positive or feel positive in the face of situations like being without a job and not being able to pay bills. This is scary and it does suck and acknowledging that is essential because you are not denying to yourself that it is what it is. However, the next thing you do is calm your nervous system because that is constricting your ability to change reality. It is resistance to the quantum field and the reality you want. It also narrows your perception and view to seeing possibility. This is by design. Since you are creating your reality through you, you are going to have challenges that are equal to your power. So if you're experiencing hardship you are very powerful. So first step - breath into your belly. This stimulates/activates your vagus nerve from your nervous system. Second - exhale long and slow- this is a signal to your brain that you are safe. Third - feel where the discomfort is in your body- usually a tight chest and upset stomach. Fourth- rewire your thoughts start telling yourself that you are open to possibility and that you are surrendering to your higher self and the fear. Tell yourself that you are powerful and open to seeing all perspectives and solutions to get you to the reality you want. Fifth command yourself to show you the solution. Finally, believe and expect it. Catch your thoughts and acknowledge them and then rewrite them. If you have been in a negative thought space - that is not you, it's your nervous system and your brain recreating patterns from the past. This is re writable and can be changed. I do it everyday. Remember, you are the final boss of this game of life. Once you master yourself, you control reality. #spirituality #awakening #manifestation #universe #reality
