Warning Cat Caught Collar In Mouth Bleeding

Hi Everyone tonight my cat had terrible accident, had a collar on and she tried to get it off and it caught in her mouth, she was bleeding right up to her knees and higher, her mouth full of blood, her face her tail, i was hysterical my daughter had to take her to the vet as i was hyperventilating pure panic stricken, it is with combination of my other cat Waneta being killed and blood from her mouth, to seemingly people who have went through chemotherapy and radiotherapy get what's called stress syndrome for years after and the slightest upset can go into blind panic and hyperventilation. i was so bad i was dizzy my poor 9 year old daughter in tears trying to calm me down. iv never reacted like that before.
anyway this is a warning to not put a collar on your kitten or cat id heard before of cats getting stuck on things and getting badly hurt or dying but i thought it be fine iv now changed my mind about the collar so much for safety collars.
this happened few hours ago and i still feel physically ill
