Few Flames fans will forget the incredible freshman year Seth Curry had during the 2008-09 men's basketball season. Recently, Curry returned to campus for a visit and LFSN's Game On crew was there to capture the moment.
During the feature, Curry talks about his time at Liberty and the friendship he has with head coach Ritchie McKay.
This past year, Curry suited up for the Sacramento Kings, averaging 6.8 ppg on 45.5 percent shooting. Shortly after the feature aired on Game On, Curry signed a two-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks.
The younger brother of 2015 NBA Champion and MVP Stephen Curry and the son of former Charlotte Hornets' star Dell Curry, Seth turned heads in his lone year at Liberty, scoring more points than any other freshman in the country (20.2 ppg). The younger Curry's efforts earned him Big South Freshman of the year honors, as well as a spot on the Big South All-Conference second team.
