In today's video I will show you how to crochet this baby hat for baby boys and girls between 3-6 month. To crochet this baby hat is used 30g of Premier Bamboo Joy #3 yarn with a 3.5mm hook. Also, this beanie hat can be made in any size for any age using standard size measurements provided below. Just remember these sizes are not exact since not all babies are the same size. Preemie: 4" (10cm)
Newborn to 3m: 5"-5.5" (12.5cm – 14cm)
3 to 6m: 6” (15cm)
6 to 12m: 6.25" (16cm)
12 to 24m: 6.5"-7" (16cm – 17.5cm)
Toddler: 7"-7.5" (17.5cm – 19cm)
Child: 7.5"-8" (19cm – 20cm)
Teen/Small Adult: 8" (20cm)
Medium Adult: 8.5"(21.5cm)
Large Adult: 8.5”- 9” (21.5cm – 23cm)
XL Adult: 9"-9.5" (23cm – 24cm)

Width of crown:
Preemie: 3"-3.5" (7.5cm – 9cm)
Newborn to 3mon: 4”-4.5” (10cm – 11.5cm)
3 to 6m: 5" (12.5cm)
6 to 12m: 5.25" (13.5cm)
12 to 24m: 5.5"-6" (14cm – 15.25)
Toddler: 6" (15.25cm)

Note: If you’re making the hat in any other size, you will continue to increase following same sequence of the circle until you have the measurement for width of the crown above and then continue with row 1 of the fan pattern until you have ½ to ¾ inch left from total height to make the brim.
