I made the coziest gluten-free pumpkin bread — but baked it in a Bundt pan for that beautiful holiday shape and soft, tender crumb that makes every slice feel extra special.

There’s just something magical about a pumpkin Bundt. The slices fill the whole house as it bakes… and when you flip it out of the pan and all those little details appear? Ugh, it’s giving holiday centerpiece energy. 🍂💛

This loaf is perfectly moist, lightly sweet, and full of that nostalgic pumpkin flavor we crave this time of year. Slice it warm with butter… dust it with powdered sugar… or add a vanilla glaze that melts right into every ridge — however you serve it, it’s one of those recipes that disappears fast.

Pumpkin Bundt Bread
2 Cups Gluten Free Flour (I use Just About Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Can of Pumpkin Puree (15 oz)
Sprinkle of Powder Sugar
