If you are a long-time viewer of this channel, you’ll know that I’ve never had an opportunity for a long-term test of an Elite bow. That all changed this year when this Elite Envision showed up at my door.
Specs include an axle-to-axle length of 31”, brace height of 6 ⅞” and a rated speed of 334 feet per second.
Despite its compact size, Elite built the Envision with what it calls a target-inspired design. It achieved this with wider limbs and a longer riser that positions the weight over the grip.
If you are new to Elite, for the past couple of years their bows have benefited greatly from the innovative S.E.T. technology. S.E.T. stands for Simplified Exact Tuning and that isn’t just marketing speak. This technology allows you to fine-tune your bow without the need of a bow press. With the turn of a screw, you can adjust the limb pivot angle, which changes the position of the cams. This makes tuning your broadheads or perfecting a bullet hole through paper dead easy. It is an absolutely brilliant tuning solution.
