tvN - Korea's number 1 entertainment channel debuts on DStv this March | DStv

Continuing our commitment to bring you the best of the world's entertainment, the best of K-POP and K-dramas will burst onto South African television screens this March as we bring you tvN - Korea's number one entertainment channel. From 1 March 2021 you can tune in to tvN Africa on channel 134 and immerse yourself in Korea’s most loved shows and movies. Bringing you all the Korean TV you've ever hoped for on your screens, tvN will host a variety of trending content such as popular music programmes, romance-filled series and action movies with world-famous Korean stars *swoons*.

tvN will be available to South African viewers first as a pop-up channel for four months, with every show being subtitled and/or dubbed in English. The pop-up channel will deliver fresh hourly content every weekday from the 1st of March at 18:45.

I-LAND: The ultimate K-POP fan show. Watch the contestants battle it out to be a part of the next K-POP band.
Encounter: An “opposite-attracts” kind of story that follows the complicated romance between a free-spirited ordinary man who doesn't have much but a big heart, and the wealthy CEO of a popular hotel, who seems to have everything in the world but is unhappy with her life. Is this a romance story that's a little too good to be true?
Signal: A crime thriller that our adrenaline junkies are sure to love. The series connects a criminal profiler from present-day 2015 to a detective from 1989 through a mysterious walkie talkie to tackle crime and injustice.
