CRF ELECTRICAL FAIL-FAIL! it broke down again!

following on from my smash hit viral video thats been seen BY 5 PEOPLE FFS! i showed those 5 people on planet earth how to clean up the contacts on the ignition switch.
so last night i rode into town to check it was all good n everything was working and it peformed just fine.
this morning at 7AM i loaded up the recovery gear and headed out for another extreme day in the wild..... but it died on me as i hit the main highway! i had a quick fiddle with the fuses and it started.... great! but 10m further on it died again.... not great! this time i fiddled with the 2 main relays and it flickered but refused to start.
so i pushed the barsteward back home n jumped on the unprepped donkey n went out on that.
today i go in for another quick fiddle n it does a weird thing n starts after turning the headlight on... odd but ill take it!
a quick clean up of all the fuses n relays and its running again, just in time for beer o clock. so heres more tips n help on diagnosing electrical issues that the wonderful AD LADEN shitshow of a platform will probably let FIVE PEOPLE SEE.
SUCH ' FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION', EH?


EDIT: in reflection of my discription its possible that although the headlight fuse label appears at the top of the list in the fuse cover suggesting that the highest fuse in the holder is the headlight fuse when you close the cover they are actually in mirror image and appear 'over' the fuse on the label or in laymans terms..... i got it arse about face. :(
thats why i did all of them and im owning up to being a bell.
