General Hospital spoilers suggest Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in a bind as she is left with the crucial decision of defending her client, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), despite knowing she's guilty of shooting Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Meanwhile, Kayi and Trina (Jens Austin Astrup and Tabyana Ali) bring their suspicions to Alexis about Willow being Drew's shooter. Despite their trespassing at Drew's and illegally accessing his safe, Alexis chooses to uphold her lawyer's obligation to defend her client. This results in a tense stand-off with Kayi and Trina, who believe Alexis should reveal Willow's guilt.

GH spoilers reveal Alexis later confirms their suspicions by checking Willow's phone records and hearing Wylie's ringtone, indicating that Willow did receive a call at the time of Drew's shooting. However, rather than acting on this information, Alexis goes to her law partner, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who advises her to continue defending her client. This leaves Willow in a precarious position as she contemplates severing ties with Drew.

Spoilers for General Hospital indicate Kai, unable to reconcile with Alexis' decision, contemplates revealing the truth to Drew, which could have severe consequences for Alexis and Scout Cane (Cosette Abinante), who might end up losing access to their family. As the case unfolds, Alexis faces the possibility of a lose-lose situation, while Willow's betrayal could push Drew over the edge.
