E39 M5 WAGON BUILD

This video shows us converting my 2003 M Sport 540it to a M5 Touring, the goal was to make it as original and clean as possible with a few tasteful mods and modern touches. The wagons interior, suspension and drive train was removed and discarded, donor car was 2003 salvage m5. Here is a list of some the work and mods,
-Engine received new chain and guides as preventive maintenance along with valve cover gaskets and alot of "while you are in there" parts and service
-New oem clutch and flywheel
-Rear floor pan replaced with M5 floor to fit exhaust and relocation of battery
-Front seat and door panels are direct fit from sedan to wagon, rear seat had to be custom made using leather off the donor M5 rear seats
-Headliner and all pillars were wrapped with Alcantara
-Wheels are style 65 powder coated a bit darker than oem color
-Rear suspension airbags were deleted using Einhorn Industries perches, kw springs and shocks
-Rear subframe received new bushings, control arms and of course M5 diff and axles
-M5 calipers and rotors all around
-Stock headers and cats, Supersprint X pipe and Breitling exhaust
-Eibach sway bars front and rear
-New front lower control/thrust arms, KW coilovers and M5 steering box with new links and tie rods
-Focal K2 front speaker and Boston Acoustics rear speaker
-NBT Evo conversion, ceramic controller and Harmon Kardon amp
-10.25 screen fitted using Speed Haven screen bracket and bezel
