क्या है आल इनसाइड ACL रिकंस्ट्रक्शन विथ इंटरनल ब्रॉसइंग टेक्निक-
1. पारंपरिक ACL आपरेशन में जहां स्क्रू का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, तेज़ पुनर्वास/रिहैबिलिटेशन करने पर लिगामेंट ढीला पड़ने का खतरा रहता है किंतु इस तकनीक में स्क्रू का इस्तेमाल न कर डबल एंडो बटन का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है जो फिक्सेशन को अदम्य मज़बूत बनाता है।
2. पारंपरिक ACL आपरेशन में जहां दो टेंडन (सेमि टेनदिनोसस व ग्रेसलिस) काटने पड़ते हैं, यहां एक टेंडन से ही निकाला जाता है जिस से भविष्य में स्पोर्ट्स में घुटने के इंटरनल रोटेशन में आवश्यक व डायनमिक स्टेबिलिटी प्रदान करने वाले ग्रेसलिस को बचा लिया जाता है।
3. फाइबर टेप द्वारा इंटरनल ब्रेसिंग कर के लिगमेंट को डबल संरक्षण दिया जाता है जिस से खेल व अन्य कठोर शारीरिक गतिविधियों में भी लीगमेंटायज़ेशन पर कोई दुष्प्रभाव नही पड़ता। यह फाइबर टेप 'सीट बेल्ट' की तरह लिगमेंट की सुरक्षा करती है।
4. इसका अन्य लाभ यह है कि हड्डी को कम काटना पड़ता है, आपरेशन बाद का दर्द नगण्य रहता है व कॉस्मेटिकली भी बेहतर है।
5. घुटने के लिगमेंट का आपरेशन पूर्णतया अंदर (क्लोज्ड सॉकेट टनल्स) से किया जाता है जिस से बाहर से संपर्क व संक्रमण का खतरा न के बराबर रहता है।
