Safe Kids Eastern NC Forward Facing Convertible Install

Forward Facing Convertible Car Seat install using a seatbelt with Safe Kids Eastern NC at the Partnership for Children.

Please bring your WIC, Medicaid, or Food Stamps card if you are paying a co-pay for your car seat. Bring the exact change of $40 for your car seat and if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment and do not have proper documentation for the co-pay your appointment will be cancelled. The car seat is property of your child and if your child is a car accident please bring documentation of the car accident if you will need a replacement.
