The MARC (Master AI Robot Cup) LOM (League of Mecha-clash) - Undersea Core Contest consists of a preliminary written review and a competition. In this alliance-based game, teams build robots using the MATRIX Metal Kit to score points. Points are primarily earned by collecting Energy Cubes and placing them in the alliance Base. Alliances can also score by pushing opponents off the field or by hanging their robots from the central crossbeam. The alliance with the higher score earns match points, and top-ranked teams become Alliance Captains who select partners for the Elimination Matches.
