This is a simple mining mission!
Primary: 21112 Conductive Thermals
I've been having way too much fun with this thing. It's still a great pick, even without the Plasma Splash double debuff stacking, if you're using Zhukovs alongside it. Both Tier 2 mods work well here, but I prefer the extra ammo. Stacking CT and spreading the electric DoT is more important than raw damage (that's what the secondary is for).
Secondary: 22221 Minimal Magazines
I seriously think that Zhukovs are severely underrated. Yes, the accuracy may not be great, but the damage potential is immense. The 33% bonus damage from T5A is electric. This means it's boosted by the Conductive Thermals status effect.
Throwable: Cryo Grenade
