FAA and NTSB were notified. FAA conducted an on site investigation and determined this was an incident and no further actions would be taken, pilot was not at fault. I must add for all the flack the FAA and NTSB receives, I cannot say a bad word about them. I had nothing but a positive and professional experience from all involved.
