The gnocchi recipe is as follows:
Per pound of 🥔 potatoes:
3.5 oz flour (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/2 egg 🥚
For the sauce:
4 to 8 Tbs butter 🧈
1-2 Tbs minced garlic 🧄
1 sprig rosemary 🌿
salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
shredded Parmesan cheese to garnish 🧀
