This Beam Positioner facilitates the welding process for large, bulky weldments. This one of a kind positioner has four unique axes of movement -- setting it apart from all of its competitors. The main beam has three distinct movements: elevation up and down, tilt up and down, and rotation of 360°. The optional roto-table provides the fourth axis, as the table at the end of the beam can also rotate 360°. All of the motion along these axes are controlled through the selector switches found on the control panel. With the use of a PLC, the HMI controls allow for predetermined positions to be saved. Once saved these positions can be easily accessed and executed solely with the press of a button on the touch-screen display.
