My take on making foam poppers for fly fishing. They work great wherever you would normally use a Betts popper or the like. I do not completely finish the fly in this video, there are many ways to dress a popper and they all typically work just fine.
Materials:
-Aluminum arrow shaft
-Tube cutter or hacksaw
-Metal file
-Drill
-Flip flop foam
