August 12, 2023 - Day 4 of the Wonderland Trail. We hiked 13.1 miles (21.1 km) from Mowich Lake to Mystic Lake. We woke up before sunrise and left camp at 5:50am, though we only arrived at our final campsite around 5:00pm. This was our longest day on trail. We saw our second and final bear of the trip and took the Spray Park Trail alternate route, which we highly recommend to other hikers.
