Patricia Zamora, a nurse practitioner interested in men’s health, worked at what she calls “big box TRT clinics” and didn’t like what she saw. In this video she explains how these clinics use the same rigid approach for patients with very different needs, ignore problematic side effects, and have their providers see too many patients to provide adequate care. Even when both she and her patients knew a change was needed, she wasn’t able to provide it.
