It's been a minute between uploads because life has been lifing. It was very hard to keep up my training with work, sickness and annoying injuries popping up. But I'm back on the grind and have my first competition of the year coming up FAST!!! So recently there has just been a lot of strength training, a little bit of gymnastics basics and a fun little trip to Gosford for AGC Pro team photos and uniform day....
