LEARN HOW TO TALK ABOUT DURATION IN PORTUGUESE - Do you already know how to ask questions using ''How long' in Portuguese? Do you know how to answer them?
Portuguese doesn't use the same verb tenses that English does to talk about duration.
You will learn in today's lesson that we use The Simple Present or the Present Progressive tense to answer 'How long...?' questions in Portuguese. Besides that, you will learn some common expressions in Portuguese used in combination with those verb tenses, such as 'há', 'faz', and 'desde'.
