In another attempt to add to the AvGas fund, I bought this place in regional Queensland for $215,000. Spent approximately 6 months after work and on the weekends fixing it up to then rent it out for $550 a week. Timing was on my side and then sold it for $450,000 18 months after purchase, nice little turn around.
