Every year the contactfestival freiburg supports the production of a video inside the festival. They invite a different video artist for each edition, to whom they give a total freedom, regarding themes, interest, editing, etc. They offer this way the event as a frame for the video artists, to communicate through their film, what is Cl for them, what was calling their attention during the Festival, and how they would like to share about their perspective with others. The contactfestival freiburg is not responsible for any chosen material.

The texts are inspired by writings of the participants of two open workshops on movement, contact improvisation and text, facilitated by Catrin Kaitaro. The workshops were held in Freiburg CI festival and in Outokumpu, Finland.
