The vehicle came in for a routine service and after using the scan tool to bleed the fuel system and reset the service interval it was discovered that there was no odometer reading, trip meter and radio.
Anthony our Audi and VW specialist quickly solved this one informing the TaT member that it might be in “Transport Mode”. Transport mode is used by the factory to put the vehicle into a "sleep" mode to conserve battery charge during extended periods of inactivity.
