Welcome to our first tutorial on some great and reliable dips that you can add into your choreographies, shows, or even social dances! We include an example in full speed, slo-mo, and a walkthrough with explanation for all five moves. While these are introductory dips/tricks for some bigger ones later on, please be careful when trying them out so as to not get injured.
