After seeing a nice all-EMD powered manifest on the TVRM railcam this morning, my oldest son and I set out to catch it in the Seney area. What we caught instead was an all-GE powered 175 manifest freight, which quickly stopped at Ollie to wait for G34's power to move south to couple to the rear and shove it over the mountain. Precision Scheduled Railroading at its best (heavy sarcasm intended)! Anyway, a 26Q intermodal was dispatched to pass the parked 175 while G34 moved south. We caught 26Q at the defect detector and got a nice horn show! Then we picked up some drive through Arby's in Rockmart while maintaining our social distancing (no thank you Chinese coronavirus), and waited around town until 175 with G34 finally started south again. Afterwards, I decided a SB grain train wasn't worth the wait and we went home.
