Opening to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory: 30th Anniversary Edition (2001) Australian VHS

I know you've seen Jeremy Snider do the double format opening to this (whereas the 4K release has the Paramount logo for a bizarre reason), but this time, I'm gonna give the VHS opening a shot! Also, this is the second Warner Bros. VHS I own that has previews right after You've Got Mail from 1999 and this the first, until further notice, Warner Bros. retail VHS I own that has the "Have you got what you paid for?" trailer and the Ratings Advice promo from the 1990's (before being replaced that year)!

And no, this is NOT an ex-rental release, just like Thelma and Louise and Ocean's Twelve.
