🔥 2025 Tata Sierra Officially Debuts in India
Tata Motors has finally revealed the all-new Sierra ICE model ahead of its price announcement on 25 November. The 2025 Sierra brings a bold blacked-out grille, connected LED DRLs, flush door handles, panoramic sunroof, and premium dual-tone interior with a three-screen cockpit setup.
Expected engines include a 2.0-litre diesel (168 bhp/350 Nm) and a new 1.5-litre TGD-i turbo-petrol (165 bhp/280 Nm), paired with 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
⚡ Kia Syros Electric SUV Spotted Charging
Kia is gearing up to revive Syros sales with a dedicated EV version of the sub-4m SUV. The Syros EV has been spied again, fully camouflaged, this time while charging.
Expected features: Level-2 ADAS, 30-inch Trinity display, panoramic sunroof, all-four disc brakes and upgraded features like rain-sensing wipers, rear-ventilated seats, cooled glove box etc.
Powering it could be a 40 kWh battery pack offering approx. 400 km range. Launch expected in 2026.
🚀 All-New Kia Seltos (Second Generation) Debuting 10 December
The global second-gen Kia Seltos is making its world debut in Korea on 10th December.
Key highlights:
• Reworked K2 platform with improved dynamics
• Larger dimensions & longer wheelbase
• Massive design overhaul inspired by Kia Telluride
• New 12.3-inch dual-screen layout + additional display
• Level-2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats
• Possible hybrid powertrain for global markets
Engines expected to continue: 1.5 NA petrol, 1.5 diesel, 1.5 turbo-petrol.
🛻 2026 Toyota Hilux Debuts With Electric & Hybrid Versions
Toyota has unveiled the 9th-gen Hilux globally with two major firsts:
• Fully Electric Hilux EV with 59.2 kWh battery (≈240 km real-world range)
• Plug-In Diesel Hybrid with 48V system + 2.8-litre engine
The BEV version offers 205 Nm (front e-axle) and 268 Nm (rear e-axle), 715 kg payload and 1,600 kg towing.
Hybrid variant can tow up to 3,500 kg and carry nearly 1,000 kg.
Inside: 12.3-inch infotainment + 12.3-inch digital cluster, BSM, DMS, wireless charging.
🚗⚡ Ola's New Compact Electric Car Patent Leaks
Ola Electric has filed a design patent for a compact 4-door EV, looking similar to the MG Comet but taller and more practical.
Expected on Ola’s Gen-4 modular platform compatible with 2W, 3W, drones and humanoids.
The EV is expected to use Ola’s new 4680 cells approved by ARAI.
However, Ola continues to face service issues, sales decline (from 38,000 to 19,000 monthly) and stiff competition from TVS/Bajaj.
🚫 BS-III Petrol & BS-IV Diesel Cars Banned in Delhi-NCR (Temporary)
Due to AQI crossing the 400 ‘severe’ zone, GRAP Stage III has been enforced in Delhi-NCR. This brings a temporary ban on:
• BS-III petrol cars
• BS-IV diesel cars
Violations may attract fines up to ₹20,000.
Ban stays until AQI remains below 400 consistently.
Areas included: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad.
