Can We Explore Other Planets With Balloons - Deep Space Questions

What planets and moons have enough atmosphere to be explored via aircraft, and what kind of aircraft work for long term missions. It turns out that balloons are the only option for gas giants, and likely the best option for Venus - places where 'the floor is lava'.
