২০২৫ সালের ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধি (দ্বিতীয় সংশোধন) অধ্যাদেশ অনুযায়ী এখন থেকে পুলিশ গ্রেফতারের সময় বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে কিছু নতুন ধারা অনুসরণ করতে হবে — ধারা ৪৬এ, ৪৬বি, ৪৬সি, ৪৬ডি ও ৪৬ই।
