Gateway Classic Cars St. Louis is proud digitally present this 1939 Ford Deluxe!!!

Ford Motor Company introduced its De Luxe Ford line in 1938 as an upscale alternative to bridge the gap between its base model (usually called Standard) and luxury Lincoln offerings. The "Deluxe" name was first used starting in 1930 to specify an upscale trim starting with the Model 40-B and Model 45-B, then later the De Luxe Ford line was differentiated as a separate "marque within a marque" with separate styling and pricing through 1940.

This 39 Ford is beautiful and looks like she was dropped off from the Ford showroom! Although that's not possible she was dropped off with a STACK full of documents from the owner dating back to 1985! Repairs, parts, the sale article from the newspaper from 1985 are all in the folder! Even the interior receipt from 9-24-85!

Look with me; our 39 Ford has a beautiful maroon exterior, shiny chrome, strong glass, and time specific white wall tires and wheels, over all a solid classic Ford. Opening the suicide doors, you can't help but to notice the well-maintained tan interior that was previously mentioned and the carpet in the 38 is just as maintained. Getting behind the wheel you'll notice the wood panels in the vehicle seem to be untouched from damage or cracks. The gauges are in working order and yes, our 39 Ford does have the vented windshield that everyone loves!

Our 39 Ford is powered by a 221 CID Flathead V8 attached to a 3-Speed Manual transmission.
