I am back!! This time with two of my all time favourites bands in one mashup! I absolutely adore Depeche Mode and alongside NIN - it's the band I have seen the most live. Martin Gore's songwriting and Dave Gahan's sublime vocals have been the soundtrack to so many parts of my life.

Those of you who attended yesterday's live stream will see that I spend a lot of time making sure that both songs get a chance to breathe and a lot of work goes into mixing and arranging these works. I really hope you enjoy this one. It started off really challenging and then when I had Trent singing over that dark slippery Depeche chorus..it started to make sense.

I am hoping to work on something from The Fragile next, but it's such a sonically complex record that stem separating tends to cause issues as it's not clear if guitars are synths that sounds like guitars, or if the synths are guitars that sound like synths...so everything spills onto each track!! Oh well! Trent - release some Fragile multitracks pleeeeeeeeeaaaasssee!
