I returned to Bathsheba on the 6th anniversary of my Mother's passing. Whenever she and my father were visiting the island, she always spent a good amount of time there. I was in search of a large rock to remind me of a photo I have of her. Unfortunately, I didn't find it. Another adventure for next time!

Our Miami Beach escapade is a blend of sunshine, ocean, and culinary wonders. The crispy and flavorful Bajan fishcakes transport us to the lively streets of Barbados. At The Rustic Chef, we are enticed by a delicious selection of Italian dishes with a Bajan twist, each bite a symphony of flavors and spices. A secluded beach, akin to a hidden treasure, awaits our visit to Bathsheba with its rugged Atlantic shores, allowing us to bask in the beauty of nature. Join me in this journey of exploration and indulgence, where every moment is a celebration for the senses and a delight for the soul.

As quickly as the vlog began, it was time to make our way back to the airport and return home to Montreal.
