How to make Hong Kong Style Jenny Bakery Butter Cookies Recipe
Melt in your mouth flower cookies
Ingredients:
Vanilla flavor
113g/1bar Unsalted butter (room temp)
40g Powdered sugar
110g Cake flour
40g Cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Few drops of vanilla extract
Matcha flavor
113g/1bar Unsalted butter (room temp)
40g Powdered sugar
105g Cake flour
40g Cornstarch
5g Matcha powder
Pinch of salt
Few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Chocolate flavor
113g/1bar Unsalted butter (room temp)
50g Powdered sugar
100g Cake flour
40g Cornstarch
10g Cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Freeze for 10 minutes before baking, then preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F and bake for 25 minutes depending on the cookie's size and oven specifications.
