Police in Killeen, Texas responded to a call for a child welfare check at an apartment complex and found a 16-month-old boy hanging out of a broken window. When police finally got his mother, Reese Myers, 25, on the phone, she told them she’d been meeting up with a man she met on the dating app Hinge.
