This anime is called Food Wars or Shokugeki no Soma and it was the MOST OUTTA POCKET anime I had ever seen, it would have you feeling hungry and then excited, and the foodgasms would catch you off guard. But it did have its moments, I think it had 5 seasons but I stopped after the 3rd as I remember the anime quality got worse.
