Men2B - 'Love Satisfaction [Radio Edit]' (1998)

Sorry if you're here looking for Anno, Ehsan, Mark, Nils and Steven - the 2004 boy band also named Men2B that appeared on the Dutch version of TV program 'Popstars: The Rivals'. This is in fact Mark Henderson, Lee Bradshaw and Farard Daver - the 1998 Hi-NRG trio from Ireland, responsible for one single on the President Record label. 'Love Satisfaction' was written by Her Royal Hi-NRG-ness Hazell Dean and John Worsley. Dean and Worsley had worked together on Hazell's ABBA covers album, 'The Winner Takes It All' (1997), and this was not the first time Dean wrote for a boy band (see 'Love Connection' by Upside Down). 'Love Satisfaction' was produced and mixed by Paul Glenn and Wayne Tones (AKA Over 18), with Paul Tams (Kelly Marie, Tina Charles, Bucks Fizz).

Farard (centre) popped up again the following year in another non-hit wonder Irish boy band called Area 4. This time, it was a four piece group, with Ian Colgan, John Collins and Roly Smithers completing the line-up. They released one single, 'Scream', for the President label once again. Farard spent the next 17 years in the British Army and is currently the CEO and Founder of Healthcare International Research (HIR), a globally operating company based in the UK.
