The Monitoring Assistant is a key field-based role in ensuring proper working of hospitals, health centers, and public health programs. From staff attendance to medicine availability – they report everything through mobile apps to the central monitoring system.

They are the eyes and ears of the government at the grassroots level.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, B.Com)

Knowledge of MS Office & Android apps

Strong observation & communication skills

Willingness to work in the field (bike travel)

💰 Expected Salary:
💼 BPS-14 (Regular): PKR 35,000 to 60,000+
💼 Contract-Based: Fixed pay around PKR 30,000 to 45,000

Additional benefits include mobile usage allowance, travel allowance, and performance bonuses (in some projects).
