This is how I'm bleading/flushing my brakes on my 1992 Saab 900 convertible with ABS brakes.
It also show how you bleed brakes without ABS... ;)
As I say in the video, when you're about to flushyour brakes, it is highly recomended to flush the clutch line in the same time.
The link bellow takes you to my video for replacing the master clutch cylinder. In the end of that video (about 12.50), I show how I bleed the clutch line.
